DescriptionSeeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Strategy Manager in the Consumer Banking Strategy group who will lead an expert team focused on our Consumer Lending business. Reporting to the Head of Consumer Strategy, this role will also act as a member of the extended leadership team for the Consumer Lending business and will work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders on executive storytelling, board presentations, & other key senior touchpoints. You will be responsible for delivering actionable answers to high leverage business questions, defining success measures to track progress, supporting high-level execution of strategic initiatives, and bringing rigor and objectivity to strategic decisions. This includes developing strategic growth, diversification and financial business plans including M&A activities. In partnership with business line leaders, you will define high-level business strategy, coordinate business architecture, deliver general assessments of new business opportunities and analyze internal and external trends and drivers to optimize medium term strategy. Success in this role will be grounded in the ability to lead, grow and motivate a diverse team, influence at the senior executive level, distill complex problems and systems into digestible formats, develop insight from financial, quantitative, and qualitative data, and leverage critical thinking to develop actionable strategy and business cases.Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy that aligns with the Consumer Banking overall business objectives.

Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive innovative strategies and differentiate our Consumer Banking offerings.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable insights.

Develop, Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of Consumer Lending strategies and initiatives.

Develop and manage strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance our Consumer Lending capabilities.

Provide leadership and guidance to the Consumer Lending team, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to drive strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree. MBA preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance/Banking, with a focus on strategy development and execution.

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies that drive growth and profitability.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

In-depth knowledge of consumer banking products, services, and industry trends.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the Consumer Banking sector.

Strategic mindset and ability to think long-term while also executing short-term goals.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on driving results.
