Salary: $56,447.82- $84,128.58SUMMARYResponsible for overseeing the staffing function for assigned zone (14 – 18 stores). Includes selecting and training the store staffing clerk for proper utilization of onboarding and its systems, proper interviewing and selection techniques. Partner with the HR Business Partner to support teammate training and development throughout assigned area. Responsible for coordinating key FT and management fills within their zone and oversee the authorized posting process. Participates in recruiting, interviewing and selecting teammates for key high potential training programs. Responsible for assisting HRBP’s and lead multiple human resources projects and processes with a specialized focus on hiring, training and retaining. Responsible for all training activities and administrative duties pertaining to LMS compliance, advancement training and basic skills within assigned area. Manages overall compliance within assigned area for OSHA, I-9 and background checks. Ensures trainers are identified, trained and assessed in assigned area. Complete any assigned Human Resource activities in a store or group of stores. Ensure that assigned Human Resource goals and objectives are met. Act as an advocate for teammates. Report to the HR Business Partner any morale, Human Resource, managerial or labor issues.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAssists HR Business Partner in monitoring staffing levels by department and working with management team to ensure a diverse workforce and appropriate staffing levels.Ensures staffing clerks within the assigned area are trained and certified.Conduct iCIMS training with new staffing clerks ensuring the system is utilized properly.Conducts I-9 training with staffing clerks to be compliant with federal regulations and addresses improper completion.Handles staffing reporting with information gathered from the staffing clerks and transmitting the weekly needs to the Zone HR Business Partner.Conducts teammate on-boarding with newly promoted trainees within assigned area. Oversees the process and manages career planning meetings, performs mock interviews and assists with resumes for teammates who are interested in advancement.Monitors the training and performance of corporate/zone trainees and trainers.Identifies issues and bring them to appropriate persons(s).Monitors and responds to GIS background checks then reviews and communicates as needed with store staff.Oversees effective orientation, onboarding & training to drive constant improvements in the employee experience.Schedules first level ACT meetings and with the area Zone Director, meets with the teammate and guides them through the process. Assists the Zone Director in finalizing the decision on meetings.Assists HR Business Partner in monitoring basic skills training, departmental knowledge training, developmental activities are completed with store Top 5 teammates and completion of annual OSHA compliance training.Supports HR Business Partner in communicating corporate programs and benefits. Assists HR Business Partner by answering all PCDC questions and elevating those which require a higher level of assistance.Supports HR mission within the stores. Assists Store Managers and Department Managers in the appropriate application of policy and coaches them on the proper completion of teammate documentation. Acts as a resource for associates when issues arise. Monitors and ensures completion of hourly performance evaluations on a monthly basis.Assists HR Business Partner in educating teammates regarding company policies, procedures and benefit plans. Assist teammates in benefit plan enrollment and utilization.Identify human resource issues and bring to resolution with proper managers in an effective and timely manner.
