Full-Time Bilingual Social Media & Customer Service Associate (Holyoke Mall)

We are Mystery Bins, a retail store located in the Holyoke Mall, looking for a dedicated female employee to join our team. This is a full-time position for someone who is enthusiastic about social media and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Social Media Management: Create daily videos (featuring yourself) to engage and inform customers about our products, deals, and promotions. Must be comfortable speaking on camera.

- Customer Service & Cashier: Assist customers at checkout, handle transactions, and address customer inquiries in-store.

- Help with day-to-day operations and other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).

- Experience with social media platforms and content creation.

- Excellent customer service skills.

- Retail experience is a plus, but not required.

- Must be dependable, organized, and able to work independently.

Job Details:

- Location: Holyoke Mall

- Full-Time: 6 days per week

- Pay: $16–$18 per hour, depending on experience
