Summer Cooking Instructor

Do you have a passion for food and a knack for engaging with kids? We're searching for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Summer Cooking Instructor to join our team and ignite a love for cooking in our campers! This is a part-time role that works 15-20 hours a week during our summer camp season.

In this position you will:

- Lead fun and interactive cooking lessons.

- Keep kids engaged through clear instructions and hands-on activities. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where everyone feels comfortable and empowered.

- Guide campers in basic skills, cooking methods, and kitchen safety measures.

- Set up cooking stations, gather ingredients, and ensure efficient use of equipment and materials.

- Maintain a clean and safe environment: Supervise students and uphold hygiene standards throughout the lesson.

You're a perfect fit if you:

- Possess a genuine passion for cooking and a desire to share your knowledge with others.

- Have experience working with children, ideally in an educational or recreational setting.

- Strong understanding of food safety principles and best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate young learners.
