System Test Engineer

This position is for a System Test Engineer that will be an active participant on the team performing tasks with general direction from senior staff members. The System Test Engineer’s primary responsibilities will include formal test procedure development, system integration, and formal execution of the procedures in front of the customer and internal stakeholders. This will include participating in requirements and design reviews, developing and reviewing test acceptance criteria, developing scenarios, integrating the system software with the hardware in a Linux/UNIX lab environment, regression testing, black box testing, conducting informal and formal test runs, characterizing system performance and other test related tasks. Secondary responsibilities include supporting system engineering in requirements and software development with an emphasis on system level integration and test.
