This Systems Administrator/ Windows Security Engineer shall be responsible for:
  • Completing migration from legacy windows 7 operating systems.
  • Coordination with Security team to test and evaluate Endpoint Detection Response agents and upgrades.
  • Refreshing Hardened Server 2019 Image (CIS).
  • Building Hardened Windows 10 and 11 Image (CIS).
  • Resolving and documenting escalated problems and issues.
  • Evaluating and recognizing recurring customer issues that could indicate trends.
  • Providing suggestions and assistance with process changes.
  • Assisting in audit analysis and investigation of documented issues.
  • Respond and resolve employee technical issues, questions, and inquires logged via our ticketing system.
  • Build Windows servers (physical and virtual) as projects are assigned.
  • Maintain Windows servers through monthly patching and maintenance.
  • Participate in 24×7 On-Call rotation for critical issues and support.

In order to qualify you must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field and 2 years of directly related experience. Directly related experience may substitute for education.
  • Analytical skills to collect information from diverse sources, apply professional principles in performing various analyses, and summarize the information and data in order to solve problems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and provide empathy in difficult interpersonal situations.
