- Collaborates with technology departments and IT partners – Develops and maintains a working relationship with end users is the lab and is a liaison for integration requests.
- Guides and advises end users on what technology and/or process changes could help improve workflows.
- Develops and conducts internal training for staff.
- Coordinate issues that arise during integration projects and during support, adhering to FMI’s policies, procedures, and business operations.
- Manage and support, as required, the entire cycle of supported application development, including analysis, design, specification, implementation, go-live, and support.
- Coordinate and/or participate in testing, build, cutover planning, and go-live support, by engaging subject matter experts, vendors, and especially lab end users
- 2+ years of experience in information technology, software development or engineering, with a focus on testing or requirements management
- Experience in a medical setting
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, business, or healthcare field or commensurate experience.
