- Providing technical expertise in a multitude of program protection domains
- Conducting technical and nontechnical trade studies and analysis.
- Participating in team planning and coordination meetings
- Understanding, and compliance with, DoD technology release and export licensing policies.
- Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and 3 years of prior relevant experience. In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required.
- Typically Five (5)+ years of progressive technical (hands-on) experience related to Systems/Software Engineering architecture, requirements, determination, development, and implementation, Security Engineering and architecture.
- Knowledge of Anti-Tamper (AT) Techniques, implementations, DoD and US Government standards, or related professional experience
- Knowledge of Program Protection Plan (PPP) required by DoDI 5000.02 and DoDI 5200.39
- Engineering architecture, requirements, determination, development, and implementation
- Experience with Cryptography and cryptographic applications, Firmware & Microelectronics Engineering and FPGA design
- Technical writing experience, in generating technical documents in support of CSI-related program and proposal documentation, including CONOPS, Test Plans, etc.
- Experience working U.S. Government contract proposals as an Anti-Tamper/Systems Integrity expert
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with coworkers, suppliers, management, and customers in a team environment
- Experience contributing in a multi-discipline agile team environment for the purpose of developing creative solutions to technical problems
