Tax Preparer Associate

As a Liberty Tax Associate, you will be assisting clients with their tax needs and providing excellent customer Service. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a strong customer service background who are looking to expand their skills and embark on a new career path. We have openings in Springfield, Chicopee, and Holyoke. We offer a supportive environment with flexible schedules, free training, free coffee and a fun holiday party!

Qualifications:

Basic KeyBoard Skills

(Pass Our 4 Week Tax Class (which is hybrid, online along with in person hands on training.)

You must be nice! . Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a desire to learn. While not required, previous experience in tax preparation is a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply!Retirees, caregivers, students, and those seeking part-time jobs are encouraged to apply.
