Technical Consultant - Navigate, Banner echnical ConsultantClient is implementing a Student Advising CRM and has a need for a consultant to assist with the implementation/technical configuration and work alongside the vendor and existing staff. The system is similar to a case management software and is built with Navigator and Banner and will help move students successfully through the university process and identify critical issues that may hinder their ability to graduate including academics, financial aid issues, etc.The right person for the role will be a combination of a technical resource, business analyst, and configuration engineerWill be working with the advising functions and business users at the university to identify their requests for configuration, dashboards, tags, customizations, training, and knowledge transfer, and complete those tasksRequired Skills:- Has implemented Navigate within the past two years,
- Has Banner experience,
- Has technical abilities with Navigate and Banner (configurations, creating dashboards etc)
- Has a Business Analysis background and experience working with the advising functions and business users at a university in a Business Analyst type function.
- Must have higher education experience.
