Freshworks is looking for a Technical Curriculum Developer to join our growing Revenue Enablement team. In this role, you'll create engaging technical learning experiences for Partner Solution Engineers, Professional Services teams, and other customer-facing technical roles. You'll combine learning design, multimedia content creation, and technical proficiency to help learners confidently understand, demonstrate, and implement Freshworks solutions. You'll work closely with technical subject matter experts and cross-functional partners to understand complex product concepts and translate them into clear, practical, and scalable digital learning experiences. From technical certifications and eLearning courses to videos, interactive learning activities, assessments, and job aids, your work will directly improve technical readiness and customer outcomes. What You'll Do Design and develop technical learning experiences including eLearning, certifications, assessments, simulations, videos, job aids, and learning paths for Partners, Solution Engineers, Professional Services, and other technical audiences. Create polished, professional-quality multimedia learning content using text, video, audio, animations, interactions, and tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise). Partner with Solution Engineering, Professional Services, Product, Product Marketing, and technical SMEs to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical learning experiences. Assess learning needs and define appropriate course scope, learning objectives, content structure, and assessments based on learner and stakeholder requirements. Work with technical SMEs to identify the most important concepts learners need to know and help keep learning experiences focused, practical, and appropriately scoped. Build and maintain technical certifications and readiness programs that prepare learners to confidently understand, demonstrate, and implement Freshworks solutions. Measure learning effectiveness through assessments, learner feedback, and business outcomes, and continuously improve content based on what you learn.
