Summary: Meta is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with extensive experience in Product or Platform development within the domains of privacy or security across all layers of the tech stack. This role will drive the development of complex distributed systems that safeguard the information shared by billions of users.This individual will play a key leadership role on our Privacy and Data Practices team, working collaboratively to define, manage, and drive cross-functional programs and technologies that enable product and infrastructure teams across Meta to deliver their products and features with privacy at the forefront. They will leverage data and foresight to shape long-term strategies, driving planning and prioritization for the teams they support. They will work on a diverse set of privacy problems spanning from building scalable regulatory readiness solutions, evolving incident management, standing up privacy engineering platforms, and building advanced privacy tools.The ideal candidate will have a passion for privacy and/or security, with the ability to bring strong thought leadership, technical expertise, and execution excellence to major initiatives. This will result in robust infrastructure that scales to the next billion people worldwide.Required Skills: Technical Program Manager, Privacy Responsibilities:

Define, build and lead cross-functional programs to deliver end-to-end solutions which solve various problems in technical and business domains.

Accountable for identifying and resolving end-to-end, cross-functional problems in technical domains across both client and server infrastructure.

Lead execution and delivery of solutions to resolve business problems via strategic thinking and on-the-ground leadership.

Drive and influence technical and product strategy, proactively identify problems, align on priorities, and set direction for a broadly cross-functional area.

Responsible for defining and delivering technical requirements that address people-related issues and meet product, platform, or infrastructure needs in collaboration with partners.

Define and own success criteria, including metrics and measurement, rollout strategies, and a scalable, sustainable operational plan.

Build strong, trusting partnerships to readily mobilize people and influence across a broad range of partners, leaders, and organizations.

Identify and enhance operational efficiencies to enable faster execution while achieving higher-quality outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:

B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.

10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management.

Experience delivering technical programs or products from inception to delivery.

Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope.

Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, with demonstrated critical thinking and thought leadership.

Experience in communication and working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products.

Organizational, coordination and multitasking experience.

Experience in analytical thinking and problem-solving for large-scale systems.

Experience establishing and maintaining work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and with multiple partners across different time zones.
