Technical Support Analyst

Boston, MA – Downtown / Historic District – near South Station

Full Time CDW has an excellent opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in Boston, MA! In this role, you will support internal end users for an international organization. Primarily responsibility will be to ensure that end users are able to use their collaboration tools and desktop applications reliably.

Required expertise includes:
  • 3 years of Technical Support / Help Desk / Desktop Support experience in a professional setting
  • Experience supporting O365 and other desktop applications
  • Experience supporting mobile devices
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
