Your job, as Tissue Collection Specialist within our Supply Chain Operations will be to support the maintenance and expansion of the proprietary Thymus Collection program at pediatric cardiovascular hospitals for North America for the production of Sanofi Genzyme’s Thymoglobulin® drug in Lyon, France. Ready to get started?Main Responsibilities

Maintain and develop collection centers throughout North America by performing regular site audits; train hospital staff; contact and develop relationships with key personnel internally and externally; maintain compliance with hospital access requirements; create and analyze site and program metrics, including researching, gathering and reporting data to key stakeholders, and updating documents in a shared workspace.

Prepare and update various metrics and performance reports to provide updates on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. (

Monitor the supply inventory, transport carrier activity, and all other relevant activities at both the warehouse and hospital levels, communicate issues, provide relevant reports upon request, and work directly with vendors for the purchase of supplies and equipment as needed.

Identify risks, impacts, and corrective actions at site level and inform key stakeholders as soon as possible.

Collaborate with internal partners, attend annual Global Collectors’ Meeting and attend conferences to support the Business area and the North American Thymus Collection.

Secure and complete all internal and external requirements for training, Canadian work permit, valid passport, and any other requirements for internal compliance, international and domestic travel and access to hospital sites.

About you

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Science or Health Care related field.

Previous experience working with healthcare professionals in a hospital environment, knowledge of supply chain activity, and the ability to communicate in both English and French.

Several years of experience in sales and negotiation, working with complex, cross-functional teams.

Self-starter with effective communication and negotiation skills, including active listening, public speaking, and writing skills.

Ability to travel up to 40-50% International and Domestic travel annually (valid passport and driver’s license required plus Canadian work permit required)

Must fulfill all vendor requirements (medical, courses, policies, documents, screenings) for access to Hospital sites, including OR access

Availability outside of traditional working hours required including some weekend work required for travel and conferences
