The TPM Inside Sales Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and qualifying leads to generate new business sales from existing clients and new prospects. This role involves selling to Safety-Kleen customers requiring Clean Harbors TPM services (cleanpacks, technical services, field services). Proactive outreach, relationship building, and effective communication skills are a must. The TPM BDR will be based in the nearest local branch and responsible for sales across the entire region.Why work for Clean Harbors?

Call high priority leads and effectively sell all Clean Harbors' services
Conduct thorough qualification of leads to determine their fit for our products or services based on predefined criteria
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects while nurturing them through the sales pipeline
Manage and update prospect information, activities, and progress in Salesforce (CRM) to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects keeping them engaged and moving them through the sales cycle
Prospect current book of business to generate new sales and services
Collaborate with internal business partners on contracts, bids, RFP's, and quotes for customers.
Maintain complete and accurate files for all communication with customers and internal business partners (emails, phone calls, and letters) within Salesforce
Support accounts receivable and billing staff to ensure the customer is satisfied and Clean Harbors receives payment in a timely manner
Partner with the regional outside sales staff on complex sales opportunities and services
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management that will be required by the needs of the Clean Harbors business
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or commensurate experience in similar BDR sales role
Proven experience in sales, business development, or inside sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Results oriented with strong sense of urgency
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Knowledge of Salesforce or CRM software, preferred
Self-motivated with a proactive and persistent attitude
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
