Excellent Training Specialist opportunity available in higher education, and the role is expected to last through the end of the academic year (June 2022)! Join the team on campus and make a huge difference in the level of knowledge, safety, and awareness on Covid-19. Pay rate is $25-$30 per hour.

In this role, you’ ll create, implement, and manage training programs for employees on COVID policies, procedures, and related health and safety training. Overall, your contribution results in everyone having a strong sense of how to ensure the safety of students and all who are on campus.

Some of your tasks include the following:

  • Work with managers to identify individual and departmental training needs
  • Coordinate with third-party vendor training options to evaluate vendors for programs and instructional classes
  • Maintain metrics and reporting mechanism to track progress of employee COVID training
  • Manage employee certification database
  • Provide instruction to employees on a variety of courses.

Training Specialist Requirements

  • Bachelor’ s degree in business administration, education. HR, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR Management or other related field
  • At least 3 years of training experience
  • Proficient in MS office applications
