UKG Workforce Dimensions Reporting Consultant

Develop new UKG Workforce Dimensions reports using business requirements collected from end users, with a clear understanding of database tables and reporting products. Modify reports based on inputs and feedback from end users. Troubleshoot issues with reports. Publish reports. Provide security to reports.

Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.

Minimum of 3 years of experience with UKG Workforce Dimensions

Understanding of UKG database tables

Minimum of 1 year of experience in UKG Workforce Dimensions reporting

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Experience configuring UKG Workforce Dimensions

Knowledge of multiple report writing tools

Ten years of experience in lieu of college degree

Analytical/decision-making responsibilities

Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products

Can work independently or with minimum supervision

Excellent written and communication skills

Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
