Your challengeAs a Service Performance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of various operational processes across different departments within the organization. This role will consist of 4 primary objectives: (1) Performance Management of the Service Supply Chain P&L, (2) Inventory Performance Management, (3) Fulfillment Performance Management and (4) Strategic Projects. The role working with the Service Team, Repair Organization, Parts Organization and Supply Chain to drive results, both financial and customer focused. It is a key role in Ultrasound Service as it is tasked with working across functions and teams to deliver business results. Your responsibilities will include understanding the various levers that impact the business and will also encompass a wide range of tasks. Overall, this position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.You are responsible for

Operational Accountability: Drive performance and results for the Ultrasound Service Supply Chain, primarily responsible to achieve EBITA results. Understand various financial and operational levers and drive performance and accountability.

Inventory Management: Partner with supply chain, SPS and RSS to achieve inventory results. Ensure projects are identified that support achieving targets and execute projects as needed.

Productivity: Drive productivity and savings through identification of repair opportunities, drive down repair costs and ensure supply chain is reducing costs

Fulfillment: Partner with SPS and supply chain as needed on fulfillment projects. Support where needed to achieve fulfillment targets and metric.

Lifecycle Management: Partner with Part Lifecycle Managers on repair strategies through the lifecycle

Service Operations: Support E&O management, P&L analysis, service parts pricing, and provide expertise in service processes. Support EOL/EOS projects and strategies as required.

Project Support: Support and potentially drive key service projects, from parts repair strategy, probe repair strategy, used parts strategy, etc. Also assist in project initiatives such as Cascades/Blueheart and EOL projects

Financial Management: Assist in LTB/BB strategy approvals, cost roll reviews, PPV PO approvals, and conduct ABC analysis.
