- Someone who knows what they’re doing
- Run change meetings and govern the process
- Ability to work with submitters, almost going to be a training to understand what a good change looks like—what’s a good implementation plan.
- Ensure the evidence is accurate—UAT (screen shots are there, what are you testing), being able to ask the questions
- Make change compliant from an ITIL perspective
- How do we know this is going to be a successful change inclusive of meaningful metrics
- Number of normal, standard and emergency changes
- Understanding what the metrics they’re providing mean and understanding that value
- Already have the Change Advisory in place
- Starting to put the rigor around how they should be doing it—14 CAD members right now—not really reviewing anything at this time—want to restructure and become more efficient in those meetings
- Pre-work
- Post-implementation reviews
- Currently doesn’t know the number of incidents that cause minor incidents or that they handle immediately and never get to
- ITIL Certifications—ITIL Certified within the discipline
