Other responsibilities include collaborating with S&OP partners to drive US service management initiatives, facilitating a weekly Commercial Backorder Forum, and proactively identifying and communicating US priorities to the Global Supply Chain.Key Responsibilities:

Connect with commercial partners on inventory availability and leads the Short-Term Exception Management (STEM) processes and forums.

Lead priority deployment orders and exceptions for field inventory assets and direct sales opportunities through end-to-end supply chain understanding.

Establish the partnership and operating model between Commercial partners and the End to End Supply Chain through closed loop supply chain feedback processes.

Drive process improvement initiatives by finding opportunities, recommending action plans and implementing initiatives through data analytics and understanding to support better customer service.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with upstream and downstream supply chain partners.

QualificationsQualificationsEducation:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s and/or equivalent University Degree required; focused degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related field or equivalent preferred.

Experience and Skills:Required:

Minimum two (2) years of relevant professional work experience

Experience in Supply Chain

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (vlookup, SUMIF, pivot tables, modeling, VBA) and Power point

Experience in data mining, analysis and reporting

Ability to build strong collaborative relationships across multiple teams, considering diverse perspectives.

Ability to communicate clearly, making complex information understandable to various audiences.

Ability to negotiate and influence others in a highly matrixed environment.

Know and follow all laws and policies as they apply to the job function, maintaining the highest level of integrity, ethics and compliance at all times.

Preferred:

Excellent understanding of ERP systems (JDE, SAP)

Experience with advanced planning tools (OMP, Kinaxis, APO) .

Understanding of key tools (Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI).

Ability to challenge the status quo and provide feedback to process enhancements.

Willingness to share past experiences and coach others when appropriate.

Supply Chain Certification (APICS, IBF, etc.).

Other:

May require up to 10% domestic and/or international travel to other locations and sites
