The Opportunity: Contribute to the Growth of Your Career:
The UX Designer is responsible for user-centered designs for both internal software development and associate-facing website development projects. The ideal candidate possesses a knowledge of SaaS/PaaS products, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and design tools; and knows how to integrate user-centered design principles into these platforms through clean, usable, and hierarchical designs. This role reports into the Digital Experience Manager. They will also collaborate closely with the IT team as they work to design solutions for our internal products and platforms.
Who We Are Looking For:
Qualifications
UX, CX, UI, creativity, visual design and research (Exceptional Design Skills)
Strong knowledge of prototyping, wireframing, user testing, and design tools.
Proficient in Sketch/Figma, InVision,
Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, (emphasis on Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)
Knowledge of the intricacies of user experiences across all technology platforms,
Technical understanding of ecommerce tools, critical thinking, and KPI analysis.
Portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects,
THIS IS A HYBRID POSITION with 2 Days in the Massachusetts Corporate Office and 3 Days RemotePluses:
Experience with SaaS/PaaS is a plus
Understanding of HTML / CSS is a plus.
Understanding of ADA Compliance guidelines is a plus
What We Are Looking For:
Designing experiences for large scale, enterprise products and platforms across desktop, mobile, apps.
Continue to refine, analyze, and improve the overall experience through efficiently evaluating issues and designing solutions for development.
Brainstorm, iterate, and design innovative user interfaces that are focused on ease-of-use and improving the user experience.
Wireframe, build interactive prototypes, conduct user testing, and refine ideas to solve various interaction challenges.
Work effectively in a team setting, including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
Work with, communicate, and deliver detailed specifications to the IT development team.
Resolving problems and pain points through great design solutions - passionate about all things UX.
Provide polished, hi-fidelity mock-ups and final assets that adhere to brand aesthetics and accessibility guidelines.
Create and deliver optimized graphics, icons, and other assets for projects when necessary. Prepare and present all stages of the design process to internal teams and key stakeholders.
Make strategic design and UX decisions based on business objectives and priorities. Welcome feedback and constructive criticism, ability to pivot to a new idea or concept quickly.
Challenge and encourage team members to push designs and solutions to the next level. Ask questions, take risks, champion new ideas, push boundaries
