- Extensive application support experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 products to include Publisher, Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Word, Lync, Adobe Connect, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Citrix, VPN, OneNote, and Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and SharePoint.
- Demonstrated experience in evaluating and testing current and new software/hardware technology
