VP Finance / Controller - Series C SaaS Organization!My client is a growing SaaS Organization located just outside Boston that has recently secured over $100 million in funding and have plans on becoming publicly traded in the near future.Job Description + Responsibilities - Oversee all aspects of accounting department in compliance with US GAAP
- Assist in hiring of staff as department continues to grow
- Full cycle accounting processes such as AP/AR/GL/Month End
- Handle audit process working externally with public accounting firms
Skills & Qualifications- Experience handling full cycle accounting and strong career progression
- Previous management experience in an accounting department
- Previous experience working in public accounting, preferably a big 4
- Previous exposure to NetSuite ERP
- CPA
