VP of IT

Location: Dedham, MA Salary: Competitive Description: The Judge Group is currently seeking a Vice President of IT. The VP of IT is responsible for leading the IT team in all areas including the support and administration of the financial systems, data warehouse, data and telephony networks, restaurant point of sale systems, back-office systems, web site, on-line and mobile guest ordering, compliance and disaster recovery.

• Collaborate with other key executives in the assessment of external and internal customer needs and opportunities to increase sales and profits.
• Creates the IT Strategic Plan, road map and objectives for the IT team in support of the organizational strategy and priorities. Illustrate project return on investment.
• Provide leadership that helps shape general business strategy and is in-tune with best practices related to information technology with particular focus on consumer applications.
• Investigates, evaluates and advocates new technology solutions and systems that improve the guest experience, operations and profitability of the restaurants.
• Ensures processes and systems are developed and maintained to provide the required information for the Company's decision makers and users.
• Leads the development, communication and execution of all applicable policies as they relate to information systems and compliance standards.
• Lead PCI compliance, cyber security, disaster recovery and infrastructure strategy

• Control the IT expense budget and maintain cost-effective IT capabilities

• Implement monitoring controls with third party vendors
• Coordinate IT team and third party vendors to ensure services are delivered

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or an equivalent business degree.
• 10+ years experience in technology with a minimum of 5 years leading multiple teams.
• Ability to clearly articulate complex systems and system strategies with team members to build support and understanding of objectives.
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft application suite and services including Azure, Dynamics 365, Power BI, data warehouse and business intelligence applications.
• Understanding of small box multi-unit network hardware and applications.
• Excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to coordinate communications, objectives, and tasks between internal and external resources.
• Demonstrated experience in outsourcing all facets of technology environment including websites, software support and hardware maintenance.
• Experience implementing and managing customer facing web and mobile applications including web sites, mobile apps, kiosks ordering, loyalty and rewards programs.
• Highly proficient in contract negotiations, contract maintenance, and vendor management.
• In depth knowledge of technology security and cyber attack defenses.
