Warehouse Associate

Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Haverhill, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, organizing the warehouse, and ensuring efficient operation of our storeroom and customer locations. If you are interested please read the position summary and qualifications below.Location: Haverhill, MA 01835Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Potential for Overtime)Pay Rate: $20.00 per hourKey Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts, organize warehouse, and manage stock levels.

Product Handling: Unload, receive, and put away goods; check for damage and discrepancies.

Order Processing: Prepare, pick, pack, and dispatch goods; load trucks for delivery.

Data Entry: Maintain stock records and document discrepancies using computerized systems.

Customer Interaction: Potentially assist with deliveries and interact with Raytheon employees once converted to FTE.

Warehouse Maintenance: Ensure a clean and organized work environment; assist with cleaning as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in a warehouse or inventory role.

Skills: Strong customer service skills, basic computer proficiency (e.g., MS Office), and attention to detail.

Certifications: Forklift experience is a plus but not required; willingness to obtain certifications if needed.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand, walk, kneel, and perform various physical tasks as required.
