Pay Scale: $22.00 per hour.
Work Hours: Saturday - Sunday 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. Additional hours available M-F
Primary Job Function: Preparing deliveries to be dispatched, daily routing for drivers and monitoring route progress during multiple dispatch times throughout the day. Manage jobs through a TMS to include dispatching, POD capture, closing orders and billing. Communicate effectively with customer and internal Diligent team members.

Geographical knowledge of service area and/or map reading skills
Intermediate Computer Skills - MS Office, Data Entry & Typing Accuracy
General Knowledge off office equipment – scanner, printer, computer
Dispatching & Customer Service experience preferred
Daily Duties include but not limited to
Ensure all customer requirements are meet daily. I.e., delivery time requirements, POD requirements and proper handling of prescription medication.
Ensure all Diligent internal requirements are meet and SOP ‘s followed.
Prioritize Calls and Responsibilities
Scheduling driving routes
Monitor/track routes and status of drivers
Answer calls while documenting important information.
Maintain call logs, records, and data for daily work.
Transfer data from hard copy to digital format
Search/Investigate information and PODs as required by the customer
In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for other duties as prescribed by management.
