Job Title: WelderJob DescriptionJoin our team as a Welder, where you will be assigned your own workstation and collaborate with a small, skilled team. Your role will involve a variety of mig and tig welding tasks, focusing on areas where your strengths are most prominent. A critical part of your job will be to interpret and work from customer-provided blueprints, primarily working with materials such as steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Flexibility to adapt to varying materials and welding techniques according to your expertise is important.Hard Skills

Ability to read and understand blueprints

1-2 years welding/fabrication experience

Mechanical aptitude

Proficiency in welding steel at a minimum

Soft Skills

Ability to work well in a team

Job TypeThis is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Dudley, Massachusetts.Work EnvironmentThe position is based in a fully air-conditioned machine/fabrication shop with around 55 employees. You'll be part of a 4-person fabrication team. The current first shift runs from 7:00am-3:30pm.
