Location: Springfield, MA and surrounding areas

Compensation: $18–$25/hour based on performance

LesleyLola’s Cleaning Service is expanding! We’re looking for exceptional cleaners who are not just good—but great at what they do. If you're someone who takes pride in their work, notices the little things, and communicates clearly and professionally, we want to hear from you!

Who We're Looking For:

Detail-Oriented: You don’t miss baseboards, behind the toilet, or ceiling fans.

Reliable: You show up on time and finish the job thoroughly.

Great Communicator: You can text, call, and leave notes that are clear and respectful.

Experienced: You’ve cleaned professionally before—or you clean like a pro.

Team Player: You work well with others and can also manage a job solo.

Job Details: Residential and light commercial cleaning, mostly daytime shifts

Jobs in Springfield, Chicopee, Longmeadow, and nearby towns

All supplies provided

Uniforms Provided

Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone

Requirements:

Cleaning experience (preferred but not required if you’re naturally detail-driven)

Valid ID and ability to legally work in the U.S.

Must be comfortable using an app to check your schedule and confirm shifts

Able to pass a background check

Pay:

$18–$25/hour to start
