WINTER HELP WANTED – Multiple Snow Removal Positions (North Shore / Cape Ann / Your Area)

We are hiring for several winter snow removal positions for the 2025/26 season. Work is storm-dependent with competitive pay and steady hours during snow events.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

❄️ Snow Plow Truck Drivers/Operators

Operate a plow truck with a sander for residential and commercial routes.

❄️ Heavy Equipment Operators

Operate loaders, skid steers, and other equipment for large-scale snow management.

❄️ Sidewalk Snow Machine Operators

Run sidewalk machines to clear walkways, paths, and tight areas.

❄️ Snow Shovelers (Laborers)

Hand-shovel walkways, entrances, stairs, tight access points, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES (depending on position):

Efficient and safe snow removal from drives, lots, walkways, and roadways

Operating plow trucks, loaders, skid steers, or sidewalk machines

Applying sand/salt as needed

Basic equipment checks before and after storms

Working long or irregular hours during storms (nights/weekends)

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience preferred for plow truck, heavy equipment, and sidewalk machines

Valid driver’s license (required for equipment/driving positions)

Reliable transportation to and from the yard

Ability to work in cold, snowy conditions for extended periods

Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused
