Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Clean Room Wire Bonder to operate manual wire bonding equipment in a cleanroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, calibrate, and operate manual wire bonders (ball & wedge bonding).

Perform precision wire bonding under a microscope with excellent hand-eye coordination.

Adjust bonding parameters as needed (force, temperature, ultrasonic energy).

Inspect completed wire bonds and troubleshoot defects.

Perform routine equipment maintenance and follow ESD/cleanroom protocols.

Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to ensure quality output.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred.

Experience with manual wire bonding and cleanroom manufacturing required.

Strong manual dexterity and ability to work under a microscope.

Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to follow precise instructions.
