Admin Asst / Customer Service & Sales

Farmers Insurance Agency is looking to train and develop our next insurance professional.

This position will teach phone, people, and business acumen skills.

As a team member, you will learn the ins and outs of insurance, receive state licensing, and have a chance to advance within the organization.

Duties will include maintaining the lobby, sending out mail, answering phones, directing calls, running errands, updating the agency's social / webpage, and more.

Shifts will be from 5 to 6 hours per day during normal business hours

5 days per week.

Your schedule is flexible to accommodate child care, school, or both.

Starting pay, $16-$19 per hour, based on current skill levels and existing licenses.

Plenty of bonus opportunities!

After becoming 100% competent and fully licensed, your pay will go to $22 per hour!
