Preferred Qualifications??
  • 5 years of experience in software development/information technology
  • 3 years of Agile experience (Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer)
  • Bachelor?s degree in computer science, business or a related field
  • SAFe certification (SPC)
  • Experience working with item tracking tools (TFS, Jira, etc.)
  • Experience with a variety of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.
  • Experience scaling Lean-Agile practices, preferably Scaled Agile Framework experience
  • Proficiency with leading workshops including Story Mapping, Value Stream Mapping, Story Writing, etc.
  • Proficiency in Agile practices and ability to coach teams and programs at varying maturity levels
  • Proficiency with organizational and facilitation skills
  • Creative problem solving and influencing skills
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
Job SummaryOur Agile Coaches lead clients in their adoption of Agile methodologies. You will have the opportunity to serve as a strategic partner and thought leader in our client?s transition to Lean-Agile principles and practices that will enable innovation and the delivery of high-quality, high-impact breakthrough experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Establish strong partnerships with stakeholders and team members to serve as a trusted partner during their transition to Lean-Agile principles and practices
  • Apply Lean-Agile values and principles to software delivery teams
  • Teach team members the skills they can use to improve their processes
  • Develop and refine best practices and processes to guide teams through Agile methodology
  • Speak in front of groups and lead meetings
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer through workshops, trainings and informal coaching?
  • Collaborate on strategies for successful company Agile methodology adoption
  • Participate in developing and refining best practices for projects
  • Mentor leaders and team members in agile principles
  • Make critical process recommendations and think strategically in order to optimize the entire system
