Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Facilitate product ID sessions with the various Enterprise connectivity stakeholders to drive alignment around customer value.
  • Develop a robust communication plan and roadmap to drive awareness of Product Taxonomy.
  • Drive Product owner alignment on roadmaps in achieving 2021 Connectivity priorities.
  • Work with Product Teams on continuous refinement of Product definitions and boundaries.
  • Conducting knowledge sharing session on PDO principles and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with and support Enterprise Connectivity Portfolio governance processes.
  • Support the Expedition Basecamp initiative to drive and accelerate Enterprise Connectivity Transformation.
  • Serve as single point of contact for product taxonomy in JIRA.
  • Manage Product Approval and review workflow.
  • Generate transformation related metrics, management reports and dashboards as needed to enable the leadership team in decision making around transformation activities.
  • Ability to create clarity in an ever-changing environment.
  • Attention to detail with strong cross functional relationship building and communication skills.

Skills Required:
  • Ability to effectively work across all levels of the organization to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Effective verbal and written communications.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Clear understanding of product strategy, vision roadmap and prioritization for data.
  • Strong Microsoft product experience (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Skills Preferred:
  • Agile Certifications in SAFe and Kanban.

Experience Required:
  • 2-5 years of experience in Agile software delivery.
  • 2-5 Years of experience in Information Technology.

Education Required:
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.
