Apartment Manager/Maintenance Couple

We are looking for a nice, friendly, clean, well-spoken, handy couple to handle the day to day goings on for 24 units in north-east Detroit, You must be able to speak well on the phone, handle paperwork, deal with people, and take care of repairs and maintenance that needs to be done. You must be able to see what has to be done and do it. You have to be able to work on your own without supervision, Procrastination does not work here, Some of the things include working with paint, plaster and drywall, plumbing issues, electrical issues, cleaning, doors and locks, windows and screens, trimming shrubs, carpentry, ect. You must be able to be available when necessary. When you take the entire year into consideration this is not a full time job. We do hire out the lawn cutting, snow removal when over 2 1/2 inches, carpet cleaning, and carpet replacement. You take care of the rest. The compensation is an apartment and a little pocket money of $200 per month. We understand no one can live on this. Unfortunately this is only 24 units and not 124 (where we could pay a livable wage). What we are offering is a supplement to your lifestyle. You must have other income.
