• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 3 years in leading project teams
• Knowledge of Data Warehousing and Dimensional Modeling
• Experience with ODI
• Experience with Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Proven experience in designing and implementing technology enabled solutions.
• Experience in owning processes that define best practices for gathering requirements, designing and prototyping, User Acceptance Testing, and implementing multiple medium to large scale projects.
• Business Process Reengineering experience in Finance Industry
• Basic knowledge of web technology

• People Management Experience
• Experience with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Ability to write complex database queries (SQL / PLSQL) and study data patterns
• Respond promptly and effectively to problems, projects, and tasks
• Be organized, with ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple requests
• Convey complex information in a timely and easily understood way to all levels of the organization
• Demonstrate insight; make recommendations as opportunities arise
• Be self-driven, motivated to help, and able to perform with moderate supervision
• Maintain customer focus; keep the customer's and company's best interest in mind
