- Provides Level 2 application support for end users of a suite of public safety applications including vendor and custom developed software.
- This includes but is not limited to working with software users to resolve questions, concerns, how to, etc. and working with application developers to test software, assist in defining users needs / concerns.
- Applies an understanding of documented IT policies and practices to departmental technology requests.
- Trains users on specific applications. Documents new and existing processes.
- Public safety background is preferred.
- This position is primarily remote work with 5% in office requirement.
