Architectural Drafter

Licensed Architect/Realtor Associate seeking an architect drafter for residential new construction / remodeling projects throughout Oakland/Macomb counties.

The right Candidate will be assisting in completing construction drawings for various projects.

License not required but achieving towards Architect or Engineer Licensure

Requirements for qualified candidates:

3 years experience minimum with residential renovations and construction drawings

Strong AutoCAD skills are required

Organized, reliable and detail oriented

Flexible work schedule with working remotely part of the time

Work from home

Looking for drafters to seek customers and produce projects (commission based)
