Architectural Drafter

Licensed Architect/Realtor Associate seeking an architect drafter/Sales for residential/Light Commercial of new construction / remodeling projects throughout Oakland/Macomb counties.

The right Candidate will be assisting in completing construction drawings for various projects.

License NOT required but achieving towards Architect or Engineer Licensure

Requirements for qualified candidates:

3 years experience minimum with residential/Light commercial renovations and construction drawings

Strong AutoCAD skills are required

Marketing is a Plus

Organized, reliable and detail oriented

Flexible work schedule with working remotely part of the time

Work from home

Must live in Metro/Detroit Area (Meetings)

Looking for drafters/Marketing to seek customers and produce projects (commission based)
