Job Title: AssemblyJob DescriptionWe are looking for Bagger and Taggers & Production workers to work on the molding side and in the clean room. You will be responsible for sitting or standing at a station and assembling components, which can be as small as a pen cap. This task is repetitive and will be performed throughout the day. You will also operate a machine in a button-pusher type role, which is entry-level. You must follow the lock-out procedure and adhere to all other safety rules and regulations. Job TypeThis is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s).Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Rochester Hills, Michigan.Work EnvironmentBase hours include openings from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. (1st shift), 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. (2nd shift), and 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. (3rd shift). The 3rd shift runs from Monday night to Thursday night, 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. You must be okay with coming in 30 minutes before your shift or leaving 30 minutes after, depending on customer demand. Breaks include a 30-minute unpaid lunch (paid once direct) and two 15-minute paid breaks. You must be on the floor no later than the start time to avoid being late. The facility is very clean, climate-controlled, and located in a brand new building. The older part of the building is less than 10 years old. You will be working in the 'clean room' and will need to wear a lab coat and hair net for the entire shift. Closed-toe shoes and safety glasses are required. No nail polish, acrylic nails, music ear buds, smoking, vaping, eating, drinking, or cell phone usage is allowed on the floor. Relatives are not allowed to work on the same shift or department. Attendance is critical; you cannot miss more than 3 days in the first 90 days or you will be terminated.
