Associate Planner

Description:This position will work with the GIS Specialist and the Lead Planning Manager on the production of written technical reports, presentation materials, and other planning and planning-related project deliverables for their private and public sector clients.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in Urban PlanningBachelor's degree in urban or regional planning, urban studies, urban design, geographical information sciences, architecture, engineering, landscape architecture, geography, or a related field of studyAmerican Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) certification or ability to obtain within 6 monthsKnowledge of methodology, principles, and practices of planning, research, and data collectionBONUS:Master's DegreeCity of Detroit experienceAbout Actalent: Actalent connects passion with purpose.
