Key Responsibilities:Directly teach barbering courses, embodying the highest standards of the profession.Directly oversee Barber Educators and Student Educators, ensuring consistent, high-quality instruction.Teach and train new Student Educators, guiding them towards licensure.Ensure a supportive and inclusive environment for students.Oversee student retention and success.Foster relationships with industry professionals and alumni.Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, implementing improvements as needed.Oversee and enhance the barbering curriculum to meet state requirements and industry trends.
