The Bid / Pursuit Manager is a key member of the Stefanini sales and pre-sales team, managing processes from initial Request for Information (RFI) to complex Request for Proposals (RFP), to pitching presentations through and client conversations. Proactively collaboration with our Sales Leaders and Solution Architects is critical to meet our customers RFP requirements and provide a compelling solution response. This role will be instrumental within the Proposal Office, and it will guide the global team when providing bespoke responses. The Bid / Pursuit Manager will deliver high-quality, winning documentation on-time and to the specifications of the RFI, RFP and guidelines supplied by the prospective client. Life as a Bid / Pursuit Manager at StefaniniThe Bid / Pursuit Manager is the hub of the Sales Team, the go-to-person in a fast-paced environment. As such, you will have the chance to interact with many colleagues from across the business to ensure we have the most relevant sales information at our fingertips. Plus, you will have significant access to the Stefanini Leadership Team, as well as the sales and presales team. This role is vital to the stability and success within the Sales process. You will be part of a dynamic, global, growing team, and your role is a key to our success. You will engage with the Global marketing team as well, working closely with the Proposal Office team based in the US, India and China on development and accuracy of the Sales Assets, research, and processes. We encourage learning and development for the Sales Team as part of this process, understanding the business is vital to the role as well as career progression. Day to day you will be: Coordinating the Sales and pre-sales Team by managing schedules.Creating and managing a full project schedule from RFI / RFP release to proposal submission, ensuring all deadlines are met and action items are assigned and completed in a timely manner. That also includes compiling and creating content, scheduling huddles', coordinating research with the proposal office team.Ensuring compliance with customer requirements as outlined in the RFI/RFP.Working with the Proposal Office team members to ensure the adequacy of sales-related literature, assets/core-documents and files, and that pre-sales best practices have been followed. Managing the production of documentation and working with the creative/graphics team for the creation of bespoke visuals.Coordinating sessions to review and analyze how we can improve efficiencies going forward and actioning the requirements.

What do you need to succeed? Outstanding organization skills and a special interest for project related work, tight deadlines, problem-solving. Confidence coordinating teams and managing upwards. An understanding of Project Management tools and concepts that will aid you and the team.A team player with a strong and confident personality and a positive attitude with great dedication.Experience with the maintenance of core Knowledge Management System/Database as well as additional research, administrative tasks, and special projects that support pre-sales proposals.Be considered a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Proposal Management.Excellent written and communication skills are vital. Ensure win strategy, technical solution, win themes, differentiators, compliance, and clear understanding of the requirements are well-articulated and consistent throughout final proposal documents and all collateral are professionally presented.Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with company strategy and are always highly customized to align with the customer's goals.Understanding of the New Business process and best practices.Excellence in SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Acrobat Pro knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and proficiency in SalesForce is preferred. Flexibility with work schedule to accommodate deadlines when required.
