Obsessed with Happy Customers? Join our auto parts customer service team. A locally family-owned e-commerce auto parts company is looking for the perfect candidate to join the best customer service team in the industry.

What you'll be doing:

Customer heroics: Be the hero that turns frustrated drivers into happy, satisfied customers!

Multi-channel maestro: Phone, email, marketplaces – you'll be juggling communication like a pro, ensuring no customer gets left stranded.

Fulfillment Pro: You'll process orders with lightning speed, making sure customers get their parts on time to keep those car projects rolling.

Part detective: You'll become a pro at navigating our product line, finding the perfect part to meet every customer's unique needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $17.93 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
