BOM Engineer

Job Title: BOM Engineer/AnalystJob DescriptionThis position is a BOM Engineer/Analyst who plays a crucial role in both engineering and manufacturing. The individual will be responsible for taking engineering change orders from the current database, creating workflows and bills of materials, and uploading them into the ERP system for manufacturing parts. They will ensure product data quality in Bill of Materials and material masters based on information from charted drawings and other product documentation.Hard Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Design, etc.

Experience working with Engineering Change Orders, PLM, ERPs

Ability to read and interpret engineering/complex manufacturing drawings

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Job TypeThis is a contract position with a duration of 12 Month(s).Work SiteThis is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Grand Rapids, Michigan and some days remote.Work EnvironmentThis opportunity provides hybrid flexibility on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The master data group has a smaller team with 2 consultants and 2 direct analysts, along with the manager.
