Overview: The Business Development - Practice Partner 3 is responsible for generating referral growth from complex accounts. Will be responsible for execution of territory strategy, market analysis, overseeing educational events, and making daily calls to prospective referral sources to create new leads for all growth channels. Responsible for coaching and mentorship of Practice Partner 1 and 2.

Territory includes Ann Arbor, MI/full-state (MI) coverage footprint.

Execution of strategy: Build relationships with

Workers Comp and/or

Personal Injury attorneys

Responsibilities: Core Duties:

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in large healthcare practices to drive partnerships and results. Manage complex accounts within assigned region. Coach and further develop Practice Partner 2 team members, developing content for sales trainings. Conduct education in-services, events and demos that outline ATI's specialty services and ATI Connect. Analyzing and identifying trends and maintain data integrity in Salesforce to effectively forecast the business.

Build relationships with

Workers Comp and/or Personal Injury Customers (ie. Attorneys, Nurse Case Managers, and Adjusters) throughout Michigan. Understanding of medical/PT/Ortho clinic work flow and general treatment of basic orthopedic injuries. Event planning. Experience in Work Comp / API Sales or Service Required. Qualifications: Education Required:

Associates degree or equivalent in Exercise Science/Physiology, Sports/Performance Training, Kinesiology or in progress toward a related Bachelor's degree. Preferred Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.

Experience:

5-10 years Healthcare sales or service experience Sales experience as a hunter, initiating contact with new referral sources across all growth channels. High level capability of interpreting and analyzing data. Have/build relationships with

Workers Comp and/or Personal Injury Customers (ie. Attorneys, Nurse Case Managers, and Adjusters) throughout Michigan.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Ability to perform under pressure. Ability to mentor and coach peers. Capability to manage multiple tasks.
