Job Title: Business Systems Analyst Location: Dearborn, MI Duration Long Term Relocation:-Candidates are expected to relocate for hybrid model of work (8 hrs) Linkedin is mandatory with at least 100+ connections Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- Broad IT domain experience in three or more of the following IT areas: Applications Development, Enterprise Architecture, Project Management, Vendor Management, Quality Assurance, Infrastructure, and Maintenance & Support.
- Knowledge of software development and architectural concepts, principles, and tools relevant the development of applications, organizational structure, and so forth
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in both verbal and written communication
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Agile software and project management methodologies
- Associates or BA/BS degree, 5+ years of work experience
- 1-2 years BA experience, minimum
- Automotive or OEM experience is preferred.
- Manages ongoing relationship with business partner to drive satisfaction
- Coordinates project delivery by participating in design reviews to communicate systems designs and validate proposed solutions
- Obtains key inputs from enterprise architecture teams and identifies solution interdependencies
- Engages with knowledge workers to incorporate usability and user interface needs when designing systems
- Process JIRA tickets for application portfolio
- Can perform quality assurance for troubleshooting activities, as needed
