- Decompose as-is and to-be correspondence that will be developed in modernized applications (including mapping to multiple source systems, inputs, outputs, and integration points)
- Collect and refine user stories, use cases business requirements and acceptance criteria across multiple process areas and disciplines in the Consumer Auto Finance arena including business process, controls, system requirements, data conversion, analytics, and reporting
- Ensure all regulatory and/or risk related details are identified and documented within product value
- Partner with Product Owners to determine appropriate testing strategies to support business requirements, data mapping and formatting of correspondence
- Analyze product deliverables across the letter landscape and develop test strategy with a risk mindset to ensure optimal quality. Leverage sprint retrospective to move work forward with continuous improvements
- Participate in agile ceremonies (squad standups, 3 Amigos, story refinement, backlog grooming, sprint retrospectives) required to deliver quality products
- Ensure timely completion of epics and stories
- Ability to estimate and prioritize work, commit and deliver on deadlines and be vocal when risks arise
- Facilitate product demos for key deliverables in the new system
- Aid Operations in change management and acceptance, including communication and training
- Execute testing, defect identification and remediation

- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in related field strongly preferred.
- 5+ years in customer service or financial services industry is needed. At least 2 years leadership experience preferred.
- Accomplished at facilitating sessions with cross-functional groups to gather appropriate inputs required to deliver customer correspondence
- Comfortable respectfully challenging status quo and driving change
- Ability to effectively work with employee and external partner resources, both on-shore and off-shore
- Demonstrates analytical skills and technical acumen: baseline knowledge of how software systems and application components work together, effective at communicating architectural and software development considerations
- Skilled at effectively estimating work and proven commitment to deliver on deadlines
- Experience in developing testing strategies, writing and executing test cases
- Comfortable identifying risks associated to schedule or quality
- Demonstrated success working under pressure in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Skilled with Microsoft products, in particular MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- Familiarity with the following tools desired: SharePoint, JIRA, qTest
