CAD Design Engineer

Dearborn, Michigan.

Full Time

10-12 years of functional experience on Automotive Design using NX, well-versed in functional aspects as a CAD design expert in NX / CATIA involving Global Business preferably backed with automotive domain-expertise.
Strong understanding of NX modules for automotive engineering in Design areas .
Strong automotive design and development experience in NX-TC environment.

Minimum 4 years of functional experience in customer’s engineering business-process understanding, requirements gathering, develop functional specifications & SOW creation, CAD-configuration within PLM Integrated environments ( eg: Teamcenter, Enovia etc.).
Participate and/or Lead specification workshops & testing requirements.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IT Systems (Engineering services/ manufacturing) and process automation needs.
Strong understanding of multi-CAD models of solution design to help out on solution architecture
Expert ability to troubleshoot complex configuration and system issues.
Document and follow up with customer issues to complete resolution
Strong documentation & communication abilities.
Should have to document the configuration and architecture requirements.
Perform End User Support activities collaborating with all global stakeholders to drive actions.
Should be well versed in status-reporting & issue-tracking
Ability to interact with & understand global customers
