Job Description:To provide support for inbound volumes and is planning asignificant online/mobile banking conversion. HC will provide inbound supportfor general service inquiries and OLB/MB support.The Specialists will provide inbound support assisting thebanking or credit union customers. The specialists will answer onlinebanking questions, provide navigational support and assist with logins,passwords resets and debit card reissue support. Also, they will supportquestions regarding a recent merger and acquisition. The specialist will access the banking system and will needa good learning ability in order to assist with:Banking services (balance inquiry, transaction history, transfer funds, bill pay)

Updating customer information – address & phone numbers
