Job Description
- Responsible for high quality oriented, mid- and long-term SAP forecast planning for defined CC North America business in order to ensure accurate production planning at the delivering plants, procurement planning, investment planning, internal/external capacities, highly precise financial and sales forecasts (CF), management decisions and reporting
- Create and fulfill complex data analytics in close interaction with other disciplines worldwide (e.g. plants, sales, controlling, manufacturing, development, other GBs)
- Analyze sales and market trends, customer information, VPZ/TPZ planning in combination with product life cycle as input for planning
- Ensure regional governance and standards implementation in the planning processes
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, logistics or technical field
- Minimum 2+ years in SAP logistics planning, especially in operative customer order planning including SAP APO at Bosch
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in all relevant SAP logistics transactions and modules, including APO
Preferred Qualifications:
- Complex (data) analytics experience
- Strong competencies in production and procurement planning, as well as experience in Pass-through products planning. Additional knowledge of IPN planning and IPN coordination are a plus
- Excellent Bosch supply chain know-how including electronics/semiconductor industries, high process orientation and good logistics network in Bosch
- Strong Excel competencies as well as DPPCON and additional database knowledge
- Strong communication skills in the international context also towards external parties (customers) are mandatory
- Results oriented, high flexibility and resilience, quality orientation, and an open mindset
- Team oriented mindset, passionate about logistics planning and international collaboration
- Experience with robotics solutions, Artificial Intelligence Knowledge are a plus
